De ingrediënten in C4 Original Pre-workout:

Creatine – Creatine verhoogt de fysieke prestaties in opeenvolgende reeksen kort, hoogintensieve oefeningen en stimuleert spiergroei bij explosieve krachtinspanningen.

Beta Alanine – Beta-alanine is een lichaamseigen aminozuur dat samen met een ander aminozuur, L-histidine de di-peptide Carnosine vormt.

Arginine AKG – Arginine behoort tot de 20 aminozuren. Het is niet een essentieel aminozuren, maar kunnen semi essentieel worden doordat er in het lichaam een tekort kan ontstaan.

Cafeïne – Geeft net iets extra’s op de momenten waarop je dat kunt gebruiken.

Vitamine B12 – draagt bij tot een normale vorming van rode bloedcellen. Ook activeert vitamine B12 je natuurlijke energie in het lichaam. Daarnaast draagt vitamine B12 bij aan het functioneren van het geheugen.

N-Acetyl Tyrosine – L-Tyrosine is een hoogwaardig aminozuur.

Aanbevolen gebruik C4 Original Pre-workout:
Mix per dosering 1 maatschep in 200ml water of vruchtensap.
Inname 20-30 minuten voor de training.
